Yesterday, I tried to make caramels then sprinkled sea salt on it but it didn't come out like I expected. Today I bought some chocolates, they taste a lot better. I guess it is sometimes better to leave it to professionals.

i can kind of imagine it-i made carmels once and used salted butter instead of unsalted and i actually prefer them that way now.

Bummer.

I remember one year my sister and I threw them onto the kitchen floor and they were still intact.. but thats what makes it good chocolate, none of that hollow chocolate stuff!! They have dark chocolate now YUM.. and other flavour things in mini segments - mint, crunch, biscuit etc.,

Bummer. sydney should get what melbourne gets, and i know we have those, or atleast 'had'. coz the t.v ads had a roundish lady in a blue dress saying "slllinky" or sumthing like that. i'm sure we get them in aus. can any aussies out there vouch for this?
