On Long Island - The Stony Brook University Hospital. It's a very good hospital. But I don't understand how it stand up with just those little poles. It's cute tho... lol I just said a building was cute... I'm going insane

Because I have to make a model of my building design as well, but for my Graphics Outcome. =/ yeh, i did the models myself. i did get a little help with the site model though, my ex built 2 of the buildings on that model. it took me about a week and a bit maybe? takes me a long time to cut the cardboard and i like to make my models very detailed. the 1:200 took a long time since it's a sectional model (the whole thing can be taken apart to see the inside). what's your building like? would love to see pics. wow, this is really amazing ribena. congratulations. i take it this was for class. hope you got good marks on it. awww, thanks. yeh i did alright, luckily i didn't get panned during my critique.

Ribena - sorry for the q's - Weren't they all pics of the same bldg? - Where's the entrance? - What's the intended use of the bldg (only saw some staircases inside). art gallery? - What material is that intended to be "hanging down" from the ceiling stucture on the 4/5th floor to the base? - That translucent draped surface on the shorter bldgs. What exactly would be used to construct it? - You have a massive plaza to work with. What have you done with it? - The vertical lines "fall down" like a waterfall. How about a reflecting pool at the base to capture the flow? .... and the water could actually flow down the side of the bldg itself (low volumes only using surface tension - no noise) providing a transluscent effect.... oops bad idea if theres wind. - Any color/color effects perhaps at night? perhaps in the glass panels? Sorry..... I can get carried away. very very strong japanese influences. great stuff!!
