yet very edgy. so is that like an observation deck that looks out onto the tarmac/apron? It's actually a ferry passenger terminal, so it's more like a pier than anything else. There is sea all around you.

Proposed projects for Shanghai: Shanghai International Autodrome what's an autodome? is it like a bus transit hub? or something for cars? It's actually neither. It's just a massive development with an automobile theme. ^Proposed North Bund International Cruise Terminal SunTrust Plaza, Atlanta: Tomorrow Square, Shanghai:

Aw, I saw that Bund building in Shanghai shaped like a lotus flower on the top! Loved that one:D haha, I envy you! you've seen everything I post of Shanghai. Well, I will definitely have to take some photos of myself standing in front of these buildings to try to inspire some jealousy.

I know of some great stuff (thanks to my sister's husband, a lecturer on architecture) but here are some things I know first-hand without delving into my books to fish out names. The Lotus Temple of the Bahá'í Faith. Probably the most magnificent buidling in honour of a religion (well really that goes to the Sagrada Família but I'll wait till it's completed before saying that). It looks like it uses glazed stone tiles much like the Sydney Opera House. Two great historically architectural cities I'd like to go to is Brasília, Brazil and Napier, New Zealand. National Congress, Brasília Streets of Napier And lastly my favourite building; the Ryugyong Hotel in Pyongyang, North Korea. Tells you something about Communism, a shell of promise but nothing functional within.
