Instant noodles is just a snack, not really a meal.
Freshly made noodles is the best if you can get it.

Instant noodles are ok i guess, if there is not to much MSG and you are not actually pretending it is real food. I used to make my own noodles by beating an egg and mixing in flour, salt, curry powder and just a little water and then rolling it through a hand cranked noodle roller that would roll it real thin and slice it into neat little noodles. when they are fresh like that they only take a moment to cook and I would serve them up with some zuchini, peppers, and garlic fried together. That was real food.

delicious, but those "instant yakisoba" packs are by FAR the most unhealthy type in the entire spectrum of boil-to-eat noodlage. And that's saying something. Take a cursory glance at the nutrition info next time you feel like eating one - they average about 800 calories and 30 grams of fat. Ridiculous.

I knew a kid at primary-school who used to eat the noodles raw and still in it's block form dipped in tomato sauce... he was weird, but kinda cool.. i had a crush on him, woulda tagged him during kisschasey games were it not for the strange raw noodle thing... anyhoo... i like maggi chicken 2minute noodles.

^ My mum would never let us eat them raw, she would always make us wash them with hot water first, because she said that they were held together with some sort of wax, and told us that people would need to get operations to remove balls of wax from their stomach. I can't vouch for the credibility of this information, but to this day I wash them first. I still eat the crumbs raw though.

i think every person who at some point smoked the wacky tabbaccy has eaten them raw.they don't ball up in your stomach, but they do expand in your stomach (not more than they would if they were cooked, though.)

I used to always eat the raw noodles but my dad would always get mad at me and tell me that the people who packaged/made them probably didn't wash their hands.

Hmm.. Here's my silly review I ate Nissin Miso flavoured instant noddles today The packaging.. (sorry for poor quality, I didn't take out my digital camera as there wasn't any battery ) Boiling the noodles Move it around Soup base and seasoning (both of containing sodium) Add those two into the pan Yum yum Miso noodles This is probably the nicest instant noodles I've had so far in the UK as they were imported. So I rate it 7.5 out of 10 It made my cold and sore throat a little better, well noodles usually do this to me
