Singapore, land of the fish lion. Lion fish? Oversized lion head on a mermaid's body? Mutated land-sea animal?

Aiya, I got see Phua Chu Kang dy. Show make me veli malas one, veli stupid lah. Cheh, everyone got make fun of our accent ah? Next time you see, I call my gang and beat you ah. Always in the Kopi-tiam, smoking merokok, makkan-makkan nasi, lim the Milo-ice, veli terror.
Just imitating my cousin, a so-called 'gangster'
DAMN STRAIGHT, the Singlish accent is sexy. Too sexy perhaps. I guess it just reminds me of back-home especially when I'm sitting in the departure lounge in Heathrow Airport and you see a group of 50-somethings with all their Harrods bags going, ''Aiya, I so stupid, I lef my passport. Diu ni de hai....'' (Or however that's spelt)
AHAHA Chow Chi Bai.

Thats my version of Ah Beng gansta talk haha I love the phrases: 'gostan gostan' (reverse) 'early early don' say wan' (why didnt you say something earlier) 'lai dat' (like that) 'oreddy leh' (already) 'scuse' (excuse me) 'can or not' (used at the end of every question) 'alamak!' (not sure what this means haha, its like Aiyyaah) 'Yau mor gau chor' (i think this is cantonese for what the hell did you do) 'stylo milo' (hehehe a classic) 'You do studies, you wan' ITE is it? (the common singaporean mother's threat to unstudious children) 'Eh see see lah, Ang Mor in hawka' (white person eating chicken rice) 'soooo BLUR' (feeling lethargic, sleepy, out of it) 'ah chek' (unlce) 'siew jeh' (anuty)
