i'll have to agree with you guys; those are indeed stupid guesses. but read on. kimchi's this korean side dish thing. it's fermented hot red cabbages- served cold i think. my mum can make them, and it's sometimes nice (it depends on what i'm eating it with). but some other kimchis are too hot for me and make me burn... tssss now, what's dim sum

Oh man. I eat kimchi noodles whenver I'm at work. It makes my throat/stomach burn up terribly, but I simply can't resist the stuff.
