Never. Space alien, yes. Latino, no. I once wished for a golden tan, but fate did not intend for me to be golden.  Really? Space Alien? My boyfriend always calls me a little alien. It's cute only when he says it though.  |

I was having a discussion about hair with my co-workers and two of them asked me if I'm half black. Initially, there is nothing wrong with that. But the reason they were asking is because my hair "looks very curly African." The thing is, I have naturally straight hair. I don't have a perm or anything I just had bad dye jobs. I think this is a signal that my hair is really overprocessed. Half black. Wow. That's literally a first for me.

I have known Asians that have been asked if they are half-black on several occasions because of their ample butt that Asians supposedly lack.  |

When looking at the pictures, I could spot the EA man right away ;D To me, he looked like he could be full Asian. |

Amerindians and Latinos with more Amerindian ancestry get mistaken for Asian all the time. It brings up the whole discussion about the Bering Strait theory, but I've found most Amerindians I know dislike that theory and don't want to be associated with Asians or Mongolian roots at all.

I've been mistaken for almost every Asian ethnicity and on a few occasions white but never latino, my features are too soft and I'm pale  |
